In order to create search filter, navigate to “Ultimate Members > Member Directories” select the Member Directory you want to edit if already exist otherwise, click Add New located top left of the page.

Finally copy the shortcode and create a page example “All Members” and paste it or you can add this short-code where ever you want, like in block on the home page.
